THE INITIATIVE FOCUSES ON COMMUNITIES FACING HIGH OR VERY HIGH WILDFIRE HAZARD POTENTIAL, AND AREAS IMPACTED BY SEVERE DISASTERS WITHIN THE PAST TEN YEARS THAT HAVE EXACERBATED WILDFIRE RISK. AWARD FUNDS MAY BE USED TO DEVELOP OR UPDATE COMMUNITY WILDFIRE PROTECTION PLANS.
