APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE APPLICATION SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES OPERATING ASSISTANCE FOR THE NEWBURGH URBANIZED AREA OPERATING ASSISTANCE FOR THE MIDDLETOWN URBANIZED AREA OPERATING ASSISTANCE FOR THE ADA PARATRANSIT SYSTEM JARC CCOC AND PROJECT ADMINISTRATION.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: TRANSIT SYSTEM EXPENSES TO INCLUDE THOSE NECESSARY TO SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES. FEDERAL FUNDING WILL BE UTILIZED FOR OPERATING ASSISTANCE IN THE NEWBURGH UZA AND MIDDLETOWN UZA WHICH WILL INCLUDE OPERATING ASSISTANCE TO THE DIAL-A-RIDE NON-FIXED ROUTE ADA PARATRANSIT SERVICES AND FIXED ROUTE TRANSIT SERVICES. IT WILL INCLUDE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES JARC AND CAPITAL COST OF CONTRACTING.; EXPECTED OUTCOMES: TO SUPPORT OPERATING EXPENSES NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN OPERATIONAL ABILITY SYSTEM READINESS AND RESPOND TO COMMUNITY TRANSIT RELATED NEEDS.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: CURRENT AND FUTURE TRANSIT RIDERS IN AND AROUND ORANGE COUNTY.; SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: OPERATING ACTIVITIES FOR SUBRECIPIENTS AND CONTRACTED SERVICES.
