The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of Mobile Diagnostic Services to the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Miami located at 15801 S.W. 137th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621512 - Diagnostic Imaging Centers, (Size Standard of $19 Million). General Information regarding the BOP is located at www.bop.gov. Mobile Diagnostic Services to include but not limited to: CT scan, MRI, Sleep Disorder, Ultrasound/Echo, Nerve Conduction test, Mammograms, Holter Monitor, Nuclear testing, Thallium Stress test, Simple Stress test, Pet Scans, Bone and Joint Scans, Fluoroscopy test, Bone Densitometer, Pulmonary Function test, and Intravenous Pyelograms (IVP)/Urography test. Providers shall render such services in compliance with applicable statutes regulations and rules of federal, state, and other governmental bodies having jurisdiction over the Facility, including but not limited to, AHCA and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA);
