A00002 - This Solicitation has been extended. It is now set to expire on Monday, 11/30/2026 at 2:00PM EDT. A00001 – Solicitation 70Z03826RJ0000001 has been amended to incorporate the changes below. The schedule was updated to add an additional CLIN for the Blade, Rotary Rudder, NSN: 1615-01-158-9678, P/N: 70101-31000-046, Modified to: NSN: 1615-01-708-2535, P/N: 70101-31000-054. The updated schedule now has a total of eight (8) CLINs for the Base Period and all Option Periods. Please refer to A00001 – Revised – Attachment 1 – Schedule of Supplies – 70Z03826RJ0000001 and A00001 – Revised – Attachment 3 – Statement of Work – 70Z03826RJ0000001. FAR Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors was added to the Terms and Conditions. FAR Clause 52.222-19, Child Labor- Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies was updated in accordance with FAR Deviation 26-10, Revision 1. Please refer to A00001 – Revised – Attachment 2 – Terms and Conditions – 70Z03826RJ0000001 when submitting proposal. All other items remain unchanged for this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826RJ0000001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures of FAR part 12 in conjunction with FAR part 15.
