The purpose of Amendment 0005 is as follows: A. Revise the solicitation in its entirety, to include the PWS and all other attachments; and B. Provide responses to questions from industry. To be considered for award, offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all amendments to this solicitation by the closing date and time specified below. The Government will not consider offers received prior to the issuance of Amendment 0005. As a result of this amendment, the submission deadline has been extended to 04 November 2026 at 10:00 Central European Time (CET). Questions/comments must be received via email using the Attachment L1 NS-ACE Question and Answer Spreadsheet no later than October 21, 2026, at 10:00AM CET. In order to respond to this solicitation, the offeror shall email a copy of its proposal to the KO and CS no later than the time and date specified in the solicitation. ///// The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 23 October 2026 at 10:00AM CET. We anticipate an additional amendment with Q&A responses will be posted within the next two weeks. The Government will not accept additional questions at this time. ///// The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 18 September 2026 at 10:00AM CEST. The Government is working through the questions received and will provide an additional amendment and extension once answers are finalized. The Government will not accept additional questions at this time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
