North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 561720 - Janitorial Services (4) Description of Requirement (i) The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Albuquerque Area Office (Reclamation) is seeking a contractor to provide twice?weekly janitorial services at the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility (BGNDRF) in Alamogordo, New Mexico over a base year plus two option years. The contractor shall clean and maintain approximately 5,740 square feet of office, laboratory, restroom, carpeted, tiled, and concrete areas, performing all required sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, waste removal, and appliance cleaning. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain facility cleanliness and support occasional special events.
