SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 This amendment extends the deadline for submitting quotes. Quotes that do not comply with the requirements in Section L will be deemed nonresponsive and automatically excluded from the competition. The Government cannot backdate the period of performance. Accordingly, the period of performance stated in the current solicitation remains unchanged. Commander Fleet Readiness Center has a requirement for the purchase of National Instruments Corp. LabVIEW perpetual software licenses (brand name only) in support of Fleet Readiness Center East. This RFQ is being issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 for commercial items. Only quotations offering National Instruments Corp. LabVIEW brand-name perpetual licenses from authorized resellers of National Instruments Corp. will be considered.
