The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), is seeking sources to support the completion of janitorial services for the Estes and Marys Lake Powerplants, located in Estes Park, Colorado. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTE, OR AN INVITATION FOR BIDS and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the sources sought notice. The information obtained may be used for future solicitation. BACKGROUND: The performance requirement for this acquisition is to perform janitorial/custodial services on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis as indicated below: Location Service Occurrence Estes Powerplant, Estes Park, CO Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annually Marys Lake Powerplant, Estes Park, CO Weekly, Quarterly The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform janitorial services as specified. Saint Vrain Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517 - Marys Lake Powerplant, 2198 Powerplant Rd, Estes park, CO 80517 SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA): The Government is only interested in responses from small businesses that can perform the services.
