This notice is issued solely for planning and market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation For Bid (IFB), nor does it guarantee the issuance of a future solicitation. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice, nor will it reimburse any costs incurred by respondents. Responses will not be returned, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to respondents. 2. REQUIREMENT BACKGROUND & SCOPE The National Guard Bureau’s Operational Contracting Division (NGB-AQ-C), on behalf of the Air National Guard Surgeon General’s Office (NGB/SGOK), is conducting market research to identify sources capable of performing non-personal Centralized Clinical Quality Management (CQM) and Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) Program Management Services. This effort is a follow-on requirement to Contract No. W9133L22C1003. In accordance with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6025.13, Defense Health Agency Procedures Manual (DHA-PM) 6025.13, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-119, and DAFMAN 10-211, the scope has modernized to incorporate full clinical quality management and line-side embedded healthcare support.
