NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Project Description: The project will include but is not limited to the following: Constructs railroad trackage to connect and facilitate the transfer from commercial rail to the on-base processing facility at Cape Canaveral.
