This is a pre-solicitation notice for Parking near 800 N Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20002. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) of the District of Columbia has a requirement to seek accommodation for parking of 15 vehicles (15 unreserved spaces) within .33 miles (walking) or less from CSOSA downtown work site located at 800 N Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20002. The RFQ will be advertised as Unrestricted under NAICS code 812930, Parking Lots and Garages. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a total of 2 years (one twelve-month base period plus two six-month option periods). The parking garage must provide twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) access for agency employees to park their vehicles. The quoter shall provide a proof or certificate that the contractor has full operations of the parking garage throughout the life to the contract. Details of the parking spaces will be included in the scope of work in the solicitation. All responsible quoters are invited to submit a response. A quoter whose submission represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government shall be selected for award.
