General Information This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only a solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
