They're part of the primes' obligations, never extra money; reporting is required only above $30,000 and is often late or incomplete. Company = the prime; subrecipient = who got the subaward (its parent company when reported). State is where the work is done when reported, else where the subrecipient is based. FY2025 is loaded.
