Wrap rate calculator
From what you pay a person to what you bill the government: fringe on labor, overhead on its base, G&A on total cost input, then fee. Bases differ from company to company (your disclosed accounting practice), so both are switchable. Everything is worked out in your browser; nothing is stored. More free tools

How it adds up
Fringe = direct labor × fringe %. Overhead = (direct labor + fringe) × overhead %. G&A = (direct labor + fringe + overhead) × G&A %. Total cost = all four. Billed rate = total cost × (1 + fee %). The wrap rate is the billed rate divided by direct labor. On cost-type contracts the fee is limited by FAR 15.404-4; indirect rates are reviewed by DCAA or the contracting officer.
